🌟 Be Part of the Magic – Join the Children’s Ensemble in Oliver!

We’re looking for 12–14 enthusiastic kids (ages 8–14) to join the Children’s Ensemble in Lionel Bart’s beloved musical Oliver!

 

This is a perfect opportunity for kids who want their first experience on stage—and we welcome young seasoned performers as well!

Audition Details:

Location for Auditions: The Milburn Stone Theatre MainStage (One Seahawk Drive, North East MD 21901)

📅 Date: Saturday,  October 11th
🕘 Sign-ups: 9:00 AM–10:45 AM

Check in begins at 8:45 AM (You must be checked in by 10:45 AM)
🎤 Vocal Auditions: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM
💃 Group Dance/Movement: 11:00 AM

Please prepare a song (16- 32 bars) in the style of the show, or any song you'd like to bring. Ideally we'll have an accompanist to play with you, so please bring sheet music. Don't have sheet music? no problem, we will accept a track with a Bluetooth speaker or even a cappella.

Children’s Ensemble Dates:

October 16, 22, 23, & November 2

 

Fagan’s Gang Dates (Fagan’s Gang will need to be available for the dates above plus these additional dates):

October 28, November 5, 8, & 13

 

At check in you will indicate if the actor would like to be considered for just Children’s Ensemble, or also Fagan’s Gang.

Mandatory Rehearsal Dates:

November 25, December 1, 2, & 4

 

All times for rehearsals are between 6:00pm – 9:00pm.

Performance Dates:

December 5 & 12 – Call Time at 6:00pm, Performance at 7:30pm

December 6, 7, 13, & 14 – Call Time at 12:30pm, Performance at 2:00pm
