In 2019 the Cecil County Independent Film Festival held its inaugural festival that featured 59 Films presented in 10 Blocks over 3 Days. The films came from all over the world and featured a mix of long form, short form, animation and documentary. The following list spotlights the winners of our 2019 festival.
