A note from The Milburn Stone Theatre in relation to our ticketing software system, AudienceView.  

On March 1, 2023, the Milburn Stone Theatre was informed that a third-party vendor that provides online ticketing services, AudienceView, experienced a security incident that has affected their online ticket payment system. It has been identified that ticket purchases between February 17, 2023 and February 23, 2023 may have been affected by this incident. Based on the information available at this time, AudienceView has reported that the information that may have been compromised includes names, billing addresses, payment information, and contact information. If you have purchased any tickets using this service during that timeframe, it is strongly recommended that you remain vigilant for any fraudulent activity on associated accounts, review your credit card statements immediately, and contact your financial institution for further advocacy.
           
            AudienceView is in the process of providing communication to those who have purchased tickets using their service during this timeframe. If you receive an email from AudienceView, please review it carefully.  To best protect our patrons, Milburn Stone Theater has immediately suspended services using AudienceView until further notice. Tickets for all upcoming events may still be purchased by calling or visiting the Milburn Stone Theater Box Office. Additional information surrounding this incident will be provided as details become available.
